Applications are now being accepted for teams wanting to sign up for the 2010 Wayne Estes Memorial Basketball Tournament.

No entries will be accepted without credit card information or a business/cashier check or money order enclosed with a printed application. No personal checks will be accepted. No exceptions!

Note: The Number of Teams in a particular bracket may be adjusted to compensate the demand for another division.

Tournament Format: Double Loss Elimination except for Championship

Entry Deadline is Friday, March 19th at 5 pm or when rosters are full*

*Any entry accepted after deadline will be charged a $15 late fee. No refunds wil be given after entry deadline unless your spot can be filled by a team on a waiting list. No other exceptions. Tournament fills up each year so enter early to ensure a spot. Each team will receive eight (8) event T-shirts for team members. Sizes available are M,L, and XL. Shirts in 2XL size are available but we must charge $3 more for each of these.

Participants in the Wayne Estes Basketball Tournament assume and acknowledge the unavoidable risks inherent in playing and watching basketball, including, but not limited to, bodily injury and physical harm to the participants and spectators. In consideration of the privilege of participating in the Tournament, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the person registering his/her team (hereinafter "Registrant"), on behalf of himself/herself, his/her heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, his/her teammates, and his/her teammates' heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, does forever and finally release, remise, acquit, satisfy, and forever discharge the Anaconda Chamber of Commerce, the Wayne Estes Tournament Sponsors, Volunteers, Co-Directors, Referees, Scorekeepers, Athletic Trainers, and Announcers, the Anaconda School District, the Anaconda Job Corps, and the Agents, Representatives, and Employees of all of the foregoing parties (hereinafter "Wayne Estes Tournament Parties") of and from all actions, causes of action, suits damages, judgments, executions, claims, and demands whatsoever, in law or in equity, which may arise for or against the Wayne Estes Tournament Parties as a result of or in relation to the Registrant's or his/her teammates' participation in the Wayne Estes Basketball Tournament. By participating in the Tournament, the Registrant and his/her teammates accept the playing surfaces of the courts as being safe. By registering his/her team, the Registrant represents that he/she has the legal authority to act on behalf of his/her teammates and their heirs, legal representatives, and assigns. This release is meant to be a full and complete release of the Wayne Estes Tournament Parties from any and all liability that may arise from the Registrant's or his/her teammates' participation in the Wayne Estes Basketball Tournament. This release is given freely and voluntarily by the Registrant, his/her team members, and their heirs, legal representatives, and assigns and is meant to remain in existence throughout the duration of the Tournament.
